SAMEEHA's $300 VICTORY!

Tian Hong Foundation's Cross Cultural Youth Art Contest

Miles Apart but Within Reach Through the Heart

SAMEEHA'S $300 VICTORY!

With the encouragement of her teacher, Ms. Jessica, Sameeha has won first place in the Tian Hong Foundation’s 2020 Cross Cultural Youth Art Contest!

The Grad Prize was $300 for first place in her age bracket.

Artist Statement: “Even if we are miles apart, separated by borders, race, color, or gender – all of us are connected with a thread of humanity and can be within reach anytime.”

Congratulations to you Sameeha for all your hardworking and development of your artistic skills. Your creativity really shows through on this piece and your achievement should be highly recognized by all.

Message from Ms. Jessica: I am so proud of Sameehaโ€™s accomplishment, and itโ€™s been a pleasure to help foster her creativity. Her drawing has several small, charming details, including the Christmas lights and the cat peeking out of the window.

Sameeha's art can be flipped 180 degrees.
