Owner and teachers should message families inside ArtQuest. Each message also creates an email receipt copy so the parent has a record outside the dashboard.

Payment Lock-In
After attendance, Square invoice is sent and shown on the Trial Attended card. Teacher/owner can cancel if the student is not ready. Parent can accept/pay or decline from the parent dashboard.
Waitlist
System Queue
Waitlist is handled outside Intake. When a seat opens, the system messages the family. If a new family accepts, they enter Intake. If an existing student wants the spot, teachers see ghost cards on the class page.
