Locations & Areas
Inventory locations come from shared Location Admin. Studios, warehouses, storage spaces, and offices can each have their own supply areas.

Classrooms replenish from their location's Main Supply Room. If local stock is protected or empty, ArtQuest checks other locations before offering an order.
Initial Count / Catch Up
Use this only for supplies already present in the room. Catch-up counts do not subtract from a supply room.

Assign shared catalog supplies to projects. An item may support several projects while keeping one inventory identity and one count in each room.
