Mathematics & Geometry play a very important role in classical drawing; Accuracy relies upon math for precision and many young art students improve solely upon their understanding of math’s role in art and vice versa.
Digital art revolutionized the art world and merged the digital world with the visual arts. Digital art is a bitmapping type of drawing and with todays tablets, its become more accessible and much easier to teach and learn. Though colleges don’t require much digital art on supplimental portfolios, its a highly useful tool to learn. Still though, its important to develop and create a portfolio based on traditional arts first for better development of the mind, artistic coordination, and creativity. Here we will start to learn how to draw and paint digitally using a tablet and Procreate. Its an exciting level to arrive it once youve earned it.

You will begin to learn the cantrips of classical drawing and how that differs from romantic drawing.

Using the basic techniques of classical drawing, you will then reproduce an image of your choosing, as accurately as possible.

You will be learning the advanced drawing classical drawing techniques that are referred to as live capturing. It consists of three techniques having to do with distance, angles, & triangulation.
Artists have a number of tricks to make their drawings more accurate that are secrets and only taught from Masters to apprentices.
The Ponystar OamieMon Level is meant to teach you the secrets of the gridding method which is a classical method used by all the traditional masters. It is used most often on canvas and for mural projects.The gridding method will allow you to scale and transfer a picture to a canvas or other larger format. That means you can enlarge your subject matter and draw it without too much loss of detail.You will will start with a fun exercise plotting and decoding a secret image from a special key to a preset grid. Once your abilities have been tested, you will then work on transferring your chosen image to your canvas using your newly learnt gridding method.
You can use geometry and grids for accuracy and scaling!
